Well...if your reading this from a very wintry province (such as Manitoba) then here is a little look back at some warmer weather and beautiful green grass! The simpler days when we could just run outside with barely a pre-planned thought in our heads!
We have, for whatever reason, started to use our video camera more and I don't really know how to edit those clips yet. We also took photos on the video camera and these don't have the same quality...so bear with us as you look through the pictures coming up...they are not the greatest.
First we have the second celebration of Avery's second birthday with the Ringer family when we were in Toronto in the summer! It was really great....the princess made a much happier appearance than this first picture would indicate!

Doing a careful gift inspection!
Yes...its a good one!
Xander loves a good birthday party....this one was a great one for him as well since they all had a little present for him as well!
Willow is growing up so fast...I look at this picture now (almost 6 months later) and she already looks quite different. Time flies!
We went to Montreal for a very brief time to see Justin and Mel's new house and of course to see a little bit of Montreal as well! This is Giles and the kids on the roof of their garage. There was a ladder that could not be resisted....by any of my three big kids!
Avery...so beautiful, but trying to play it cool!
If you look closely you can see Grandpa Dave and Xander on the back seat of this log shoot ride at Ontario place! He loved it! I did it with him once as well!
Ok....I guess these are a little out of order, but here we are back in Montreal. The kids found a puddle to splash in on the beautiful cobbled streets of Old Montreal! Back to Ontario....there is a great park with old ruins and such that Grandpa Dave took the kids to a few times and they were calling it their secret garden, walking down a jungle path to get there. We went once with them and it really is amazing!
Now we are jumping to the end of summer, back in Manitoba when we went to visit friends (Sean, Dianna and their three kids) near Boissevain! This is a spot we went camping quite a few times as youth growing up in the area! It was fun to show the spot to Giles. Dustin and Julia and their boys were also there, so we were quite the crew there!
Sam, Sean and Dianna's oldest, was really great with the little kids. He made sure Avery made it up the little hill back to where we were parked!
The adults were standing around talking, so the kids climbed in the back of the truck to try and find some shelter from the wind up there!
